Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy
Comprehensive Planning
After investigation in existing condition, talking to residents, and conducting SWOT analysis of Allegheny West, three alternative strategies, "Home Grown", “Health Living” and "Destination" have been developed through a Rational Comprehensive Planning process. Concepts and strategy posters were presented to the local CDC, Allegheny West Foundation. Renderings also illustrate the visions for the neighborhood as supporting materials.
